Shipping policy

Culley's Corner items are made to order, so there are two stages to every order: making it, then shipping it.

1. Artwork - 1 to 2 business days

We create your pet's portrait and email it to you for approval, usually within 1-2 business days of your order. Revisions restart this step, so an order with several rounds of changes will take longer. That's a choice we're happy for you to make.

2. Production - 2 to 7 business days

Once you approve the artwork, your item is printed and assembled. Production time varies by product. Smaller items like stickers, cards, magnets, and keychains are on the faster end. Canvases, blankets, and tumblers take longer.

3. Delivery - 3 to 8 business days

After production, delivery typically takes 3-8 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Total time

For an order with no revisions, expect roughly 1 to 2 weeks from order to doorstep.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and weather are outside our control. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the ranges above, email us and we'll chase it down.

Digital downloads

Nothing ships. Your file is emailed to you after approval - usually within 1-2 business days.

Where we ship

Right now we ship within the United States.

If you're outside the US and want something made, email us before ordering - we may still be able to work something out.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll happily reship it, but we'll need to charge for the reshipment. If you catch a mistake early, email us right away - before you approve your artwork we can almost always fix it for free.
