Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Culley Works LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Culley's Corner. They cover your use of culleyscorner.com and anything you order from us. Placing an order means you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to hide things - if something here isn't clear, email us and ask.

Who we are

Culley's Corner is a small, independent custom pet-portrait shop, operated by Culley Works LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Texas. Orders, emails and proofs are handled by a person, not a support team. You can reach us any time at culley503@gmail.com.

How your portrait is made

We create your pet's portrait from the photo you upload, using AI image tools together with our own direction, review and revision. Every order is made individually and looked at by a human before it goes anywhere near a printer. We say this plainly because you should know how your art is made.

Because each portrait is generated fresh for you, no two are identical. We can't guarantee an exact match to a previous order or to an example you've seen elsewhere on the site.

The photo you upload

By uploading a photo, you confirm that it's yours to use - that you took it, or you have permission from whoever did. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the limited purpose of creating, proofing, revising and printing your order.

We don't use your photo or your finished portrait in advertising, on social media, or anywhere public unless you tell us we can. If we'd like to feature your pet, we'll ask first, and no is a perfectly fine answer.

The proof, and what approving it means

Every order gets a digital proof by email, usually within one to two business days. You can ask for revisions until it's right - there's no limit and no charge.

When you approve a proof, we send it to print. After that the order can't be changed, cancelled or returned, because it's made specifically for you. Please look closely before you approve - spelling of your pet's name, cropping, the style you picked.

If nothing we send works for you and you'd rather not go ahead, tell us before you approve and we'll refund you in full.

The finished artwork

Your portrait is yours to enjoy, print for yourself, hang, and share with friends and family. It's for personal use. Please don't resell it, license it, or use it commercially without asking us.

We keep ownership of the styles, prompts, templates and methods behind the artwork - not of your pet, and not of your photo.

Digital downloads

Digital files are delivered by email once you approve the proof. Because a file can't be un-sent, digital orders aren't refundable after delivery - but the same unlimited revisions apply beforehand, so you only ever receive a file you've already approved.

What we won't print

We'll turn down work that's hateful, obscene, or uses someone else's photo or intellectual property without permission. We'll also decline a photo that's too small or too blurry to make something we'd be proud of - and we'll tell you why and refund you rather than print something poor.

Prices, payment and honest mistakes

Prices are in US dollars and can change, though never after you've ordered.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure processing; we never see or store your card details. If a price or product is listed wrong by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than hold you to an error.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Production usually takes two to seven business days after you approve your proof, plus transit time. Those are estimates, not guarantees - once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is out of our hands. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will never be down, and product photos are representations - screens vary, and so do printed colors.

Limits

If something goes wrong with an order, the responsibility of Culley Works LLC is limited to what you paid for it - we'll reprint it or refund it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a gift not arriving in time for an occasion. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your order will be brought in the state or federal courts of the State of Texas.
